My husband stopped by Amy's today and asked for an Easter arrangement with tulips and Easter lilies. The arrangement has one lily and four tulips three of which are on one side of the arrangement. The only positive statement I can make is that the flowers are fresh. The charged way too much for this arrangement of "filler" flowers and it was nothing like what he asked for. I will buy flowers at Walmart and arrange them myself before using this florist again.

Way to expensive for what they are going to send. We used them for a funeral and for what they charged the flowers were terrible! Not what we asked for either! I wouldn't use anybody in Heber from what others that live there have told me!

I am from La., but was told from my son-in-law, who is from Heber Springs, that Amy's Florist would be a good place to order flowers for a funeral. He was so right! The lady at the florist recommended cream/pink poinsettas that were just absolutely beautiful. They had them there in time for visitation and I was very please with them. They were also very helpful in describing several options to me in my price range. I would certainly use them next time I need an arrangement.

I have never been in a shop where everybody was just down right rude. I do mean everybody even the owner (Linda not Amy for those of you that want to complain). The arrangement that was delivered was mostly greenery and ribbon not much flowers. I will never use them again.

Once again, Amy's Florist has done a beautiful job! Two years ago, they created a beautiful fall arrangement for my father's funeral, and this past weekend created a stunning country garden arrangement for my mother's funeral. They always take a personal interest and exceed our expectations, even though we are from out of town.

Very dependable. I order flowers from Amy's every year for holidays to dress up the house for guests. I say how much I'm willing to spend, give her a semi idea of what I'm looking for and she's never failed me yet. Absolutely gorgeous arrangements.

THIS IS A HORRIBLE PLACE FOR FLOWERS!! it was mine and my husband's second wedding anniversary and he called amys and told them to deliver a dozen yellow roses on our anniversary at 2:30 and he told me that floor people were coming at 230 so it would be a surprise...well at 1200 they started calling my cell phone and said they had a delivery for me and if i was not home it needed to be picked up and of course then i was not so i went to pick up and had NO idea what i was getting...well they bring out a huge vase with an "oka... read more

Absolutely Nothing! I live about 2 hours away from Heber Springs so I called in a day and a half early for the order. My wife and I were going to be in the area for our 10th Wedding Anniversary. They did not have in stock what I wanted which was understandable due to the time of the year, December 2006. Together, an employee and I looked online at the options available and one was chosen.
