This shop provided me with the worst customer service experience ever. The lady is sooo rude and unprofessional. She owns a quite large dog that approached me as I entered the shop, and she refused to put the dog away while could be serviced. My preschool aged daughter did not want to come in, and she would rather turn customers away than, put her dog away in the business establishment. I will never spend my money in a business that operates in this manner.

My garment came out okay, but if you are looking for good customer service, look elsewhere. She's quite rude, and what business establishment allows their dog to roam the shop around customers and their garments?? Just saying...

I do not know why, but the lady that works there acts as if she is doing you a favor when you come in the door. She is so rude and unprofessional, it amazing that she stays in business.

Thuy is fabulous!! I had my Vera Wang wedding dress altered here and could not be happier. Not only is she an excellent seamstress, but she also is the most friendliest person I've ever met. Her dog is wonderful as well. Please make sure you check her out for all your tailoring/seamstress needs. She has wonderful prices and I am definitely using her as my go-to tailor from now on!

Thuy does an incredible job. She is an excellent tailor/seamstress and understands current styles and trends. She comes up with clever ways to alter clothes that I thought could not be fixed. She is also quite personable and customer-focused. I have been extremely pleased with everything Thuy has done for me, and I would confidently recommend her to anyone.

Are u are looking for an absolute quality job done for a fair price? If yes, check out Amy's Fine Tailoring and see for yourself... It is right on based on my experience so far! Others I know personally feel the same way as well and Thuy Hoang is as outspoken as they come. She certainly has no problems expressing her expertise and opinion on what makes sense or not. So if that matters to you, there you have it!!

My daughter fell in love with a one-of-a-kind dress in a consignment shop that was unfortunately too small. This amazing seamstress inserted corset lacing in the back, modified the bodice, and hemmed the skirt. The dress looks amazing! And all of this work was done in a timely manner, for a fair price, and with a cheerful friendly attitude. I traveled an hour one way to work with Thuy and I wouldn't hesitate to do it again. She has my full recommendation for any tailoring needs that you may have. Thank you, Thuy!
