It’s always a great experience at Amy's Body Shop. Amy is a fantastic trainer who is both knowledgeable and kind. She makes everyone feel comfortable and included from the moment you walk in. The atmosphere at the gym is welcoming and inclusive, with everyone being encouraging, motivating, and helpful. There is never any judgment, just a supportive community. Amy is a true pro at what she does and her love for helping others reach their goals shows! I highly recommend her services. 5 stars!

Positive, accommodating, challenging and amazing personal attention. Terrific workouts, never repetitive, on state of the art equipment.
ABS is by far the best on the BestBank. Amy takes the time to know her clients and encourage them towards their goals. She offers modifications if needed, and more challenging exercises if able. The gym is clean, the clients will become your friends, and the trainer will be your biggest supporter in your fitness journey. I promise, you ABSolutely will not regret training with Amy at ABS.
