First of all I booked my appointment with her and when I arrived she had another person start my hair. The person who started my hair had an unpleasant body order and she braided my hair very tight to the point where I was pissed off! I only went here cause it was last minute and I needed my hair braided. I asked her not to braid my edges which she did anyway! I hated the finish results I’m taking it down now as I speak! Never again!

The braider is never ready on time when I schedule an appointment, even if it’s at 7 am. I walk in and she’s already doing someone else’s hair. I have to WAIT. Also, she doesn’t have the hair extensions sometimes when I arrive and tells me that I have to go and pick up the hair. Extremely great braider and very fast once her and her assistant braider starts (about 4hours for braids). It’s always a headache to have her start on time and have the extensions on hand.

I love how Ana braids my hair, very fast and neat. Definitely a repeat customer. I also enjoy the African music and movies she plays.
