Had to see her when Dr. Gilliam was out of office. She barely listened, kept cutting me off with unprofessional, snide comments. When the bill came there were charges billed to me that were not even discussed or administered. Wish I could give less stars. Maybe she was having a bad day, but when you are at the doctor due to sickness, it is already a bad day and dealing with a caustic practitioner is not expected or desired. This woman is not anything that medicine should be: kind, empathetic or supportive.
I was extremely sick and could not see my actual physician. Since I had a fever they swabbed me in my car for strep, covid and flu which were all negative and she basically told me to go home. I asked for a steroid shot from a medical student standpoint to reduce the inflammation in my throat and she said it wouldn’t help. She didn’t tell me to come inside for a physical exam or anything.
