Went for a regular routine eye exam with a in network provider covered at 100% by my insurance company. I received nothing but the eye exam, no glasses no contacts nothing else. Dr. Weaver took it opon herself to bill my insurance company for something I did not receive , in turn got a bill, called my insurance who then said correct i do not owe this bill and they were to reverse this bill but sent it on to collections instead?
