I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dentist. While I initially overlooked her behavior for a few years, it has only gotten worse. She becomes visibly angry— not just irritated— and projects her anger whenever I ask questions or request alternatives, such as avoiding unnecessary X-rays. While we may have different opinions, projecting anger is unacceptable. There is a complete absence of respect, and it feels as though my kids and I owe her something just for being there.
