Don't recommend this place, staff very unprofessional.
To complete my Horizon NJ Well assessment for skin cancer, I visited Dr. Tank's office. They were fast and efficient. The scheduling was also pretty straightforward, as I was able to get a next-day appointment.
I went to see doctor Amy Tank, paid $125.00 for first consultation, she walked in, I showed a small scar on my right cheek and informed me the scar could be treated, it will costs me $500.00 per visit and quickly walked out left me dumbfounded with many unasked questions in the room. I received a diagnostic sheet stated that the scar was on thleft cheek After
