Very informative and does not remove anything unless warranted.
I've been going to Dr. Stevens for years. She's got a great personality, thorough doctor and I hardly wait in the waiting room. I started going to her when her office was 5 minutes from my home but she's worth traveling the 30 minutes to see her at the newer location.
I see Dr. Stevens annually for skin exams. She is patient, attentive and takes time to explain any skin concerns you may have. She removed a few skin tags painlessly and I am confident in her ability to keep my skin healthy. Scheduling was easy and the office staff supportive.
Tried for over a week to get an appointment. Someone finally returned my call. But I was told the next appointment was over month wait! When I tried to confirm that they took my insurance. I was referred by my insurance comp. I was told that just because my insurance comp says they are in network, doesnt mean they are. When I asked if they could look into it they said they can't. My experience if a Dr office is this uncooperative its indicative of one sided billing decisions & excessive billing.
