From her first step into the urgent care room I felt very comfortable with her initial introduction. She was quick to give feedback on my background and listened to my concerns. Her physical examination was professional and tender. I respected her medical as well as daily life style recommendations!
I really enjoyed my experience only because Dr Amy made me feel so comfortable and I really believe she cares about her patients I wish she was my primary doctor she really knows how to talk to her patients with respect and love and a little humor thank you for helping me
I visited Urgent care for a sinus drip/cough. The clinic check in, nurse assistant etc was great. But what I did not appreciate was Dr Springer’s unsolicited advice on taking the Covid-19 booster. If I would have wanted to know about the booster I would have questioned it. She was very stand-off-ish. At one point she was sitting next to me listening to my lungs and I said something and she flew up and moved across the room like I was infecting her with something. The visit could have gone much differently.
Dr. Springer is a blessing. Dr. Springer I want to thank for being so kind in taking things a step farther for me. You helped the doctors diagnose medical problems I wasn't aware and evidently they weren't aware of. Thank you so much.
