Amy just completed my third transaction (two purchases and one sale). With the sale, I handed her the keys, got on a plane and went to Europe. She took care of everything. The latest purchase was completed in 20 days--from the first viewing to the closing. Amy has a sense of urgency, and great follow up. I've never had to ask for anything twice.
