Amy Smith is a pleasure to work with. We looked for a year, and I came from out of town for each excursion. Amy created excellent itineraries, and responded to my feedback with more narrowed selections each subsequent trip. When I looked at properties online and had questions, she answered them promptly and in detail. Amy is both professional and personable; I couldn’t recommend not recommend her more highly.

We came to the area unsure, looked at a lot of homes. Amy, even though we were indecisive, would meet us at properties, any day of the week and sometimes many miles apart. Nothing was too much trouble for Amy. When under contract, Amy identified areas of concern that we may not have noticed. Amy's intent was our satisfaction and not just chasing a sale. We we're extremely well looked after. Highly recommend.
