We took our special daughter to the emergency room at Singing River Hospital 3 nights ago thinking it wasn’t anything too serious, but it turned out to be a very bad gallbladder and had to have surgery. I had never been so afraid in my life as I was when the doctors told us what was wrong with my brother. He was brought in under emergency circumstances and Dr Scheller handled speaking with my family with great care and empathy. She explained things well and did not sugarcoat anything.
