My family liked going to Amy but changed dentists. Overall the care was good. I have had better or I should say the best dentist I have had is Todd Weaver in Evans, Ga. Disappointed!! "Not upfront about costs!! Went in for annual cleaning., was told I needed new xrays. Was later billed for 157.00 because they no longer except Delta Dental (retired insurance). I'm very disappointed to know that I have to find another dentist (after 6 yrs w/ this same office) being told I'm considered a new customer because my insurance changed from active duty to retired.
Not upfront about costs Went in for a exam, took in my xrays from my old dentist. Just a annual cleaning. Was later billed for 104.00, told that they had to take xrays and since I hadn't supplied them, they took them anyways and charged me! First of all I did supply them, second of all I used to work in a dental office, it is not good practice to take xrays unless you know they will be covered by insurance. No apologies were given, I paid the bill, and am switching my entire family to different dentists!
Very Disatisfied Althought DDS Amy Loden is a professional dentist her staff including her office manager is hard to work with. I came in because a cap became loose, and was told that they could not reattach the cap so they recommended a temp cap for which the Tricare Retired dental insurance was to pay 60% (at least that is what I was told) we the temp cap came of the following day and the insurance would not cover the procedure.
