Our family of six have been patients for over 15 years at this practice, so it really saddens me to write a review such as this. Our son went in as always to get new glasses, and they did not collect the fee at the end as they always have. A billing discrepancy through a variety of miscommunications was cleared up by us as soon as we, the parents, the insured and responsible billing party, were contacted.
