I had my first appointment with Navi. Navi listened and went over my history making sure she understood my needs and answered my questions. It was a pleasant experience. I saw Dr. Rosenbaum at a later date; however, I have never been so excited for a surgery in my life. She is very forthcoming and makes sure she walks through the what-ifs and what she will do if any of that happens. I believe she is passionate about her work and prioritized her patients' comfort. Highly recommend!
