We had the privilege of having Dr. Rosenbaum perform surgery on my wife, and based on our experience, we couldn't be more satisfied. Dr. Rosenbaum is incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate. She took the time to thoroughly listen to our concerns, which we truly appreciated. Above all, we are deeply grateful to have found a physician we can trust during such an important and stressful time.
My experience was good from beginning to end. The procedure was explained in easy terms, and my post-care medications were filled a week prior. I was given realistic expectations for both the procedure and the range of symptoms I might feel afterwards. Before the surgery, everyone came in to explain their role, as I expected. I don't know what kind of doctor Dr. Amy Rosembaum is. On September 19th I had an appointment with her in which she told me that my baby girl was not measuring what she needed to measure, that she would refer me to high risk so that they could attend to me and determine the cause. Today is September 25th and I called to see if they had already received the referral which should have arrived in 24 to 48 hours and they tell me that apparently they hadn't sent anything.
