Amy verbally accepted our offer and asked us to send over the Purchase and Sale agreement. We emailed it to her within a couple hours and she never replied. A couple days later we learned that she accepted another offer, by the status changing on Zillow. Besides this, Amy’s communication was poor. She replied slow, used dismissive language and made the buying process very stressful. I would not recommend working with her as almost every negative comment you see here matched our experience.

Days prior the closing date, Amy showed up to my home with the buyers unscheduled and unannounced to do a final walk through while we were in the middle of packing. Even after my realtor asked her not to. This was totally disrespectful.

I bought a house and used her as my real estate agent because it was my first time buying a house and someone else recommended her. She was terrible. From the beginning I told her what I could afford, and what I was looking for. She showed me places that I would not have qualified to buy and would have needed a lot of extra money down that I did not have. The worst, worked on a deal. She provided a verbal agreement, after a few days of no contract found out she proceeded with another party.
