My girlfriend and I communicated with Amy about a property listed under her, we scheduled a very specific date and time to take a look at it. Well, we showed up, but she did not. I called and texted and I am still waiting to hear back, but it's been about three weeks now so that seems unlikely. We were able to tour the property because there happened to be another agent there. I’ve called Amy for multiple different properties as well as emailed and I have never gotten any response…. Ever…. I would give zero stars if possible.
My experience with Amy was excellent. She helped me sold and buy a property in 2019. Recently, I attempted to handle a real estate matter independently, but it proved unsuccessful. After reaching out to Amy for assistance, she promptly provided guidance and support. In hindsight, I regret not seeking her expertise earlier in this transaction. However, I am optimistic about resolving the issue and plan to engage her services again. Her extensive knowledge and unwavering confidence make her very valuable.
