Worst real estate agent I had chance to work with! Lack of communication and lying to clients are the biggest problems.
Amy Rio demonstrated complete unprofessionalism and manipulative tactics throughout our home-buying experience. We submitted an offer on her listing the day it went live and attended the open house the next day, where she personally told us her client was "extremely happy" with our offer and wanted to wrap everything up quickly so her seller could buy another home. Terrible and rushed. Did not listen to any of my requests for the sale of my home, set up the open house while I was still at home, easily agitated, got me into a garbage dump of a condo with a rush buy, her only concern is the pay off. Her rate is low because her dedication and output is low and rarely answers her phone, waits until the end to let you know something is wrong, my anxiety was through the roof. Always available. Very knowledgeable great to work with
Amy verbally accepted our offer and asked us to send over the Purchase and Sale agreement. We emailed it to her within a couple hours and she never replied. A couple days later we learned that she accepted another offer, by the status changing on Zillow. Besides this, Amy’s communication was poor. She replied slow, used dismissive language and made the buying process very stressful. I would not recommend working with her as almost every negative comment you see here matched our experience.
