We have received excellent care for our children! I feel like providers really listen and are attentive to our concerns. They have always managed to squeeze us in for urgent care needs which I love because it keeps us out of adult urgent care centers. I would highly recommend for anyone seeking Pediatric care!
My wife has called over and over all afternoon and has been placed on hold for over 20 minutes and no answers all other calls. My 4yo son has a rash over his entire body and we cannot get through to his pediatrician. This after just several days ago calling to get an appointment (possibly related at this point??) and was told he would not even be SEEN because his temperature was "only 104" and was just instructed to give him fluids. What, exactly, is going on over here????
