Amy is a seasoned pro, the best of the best. She was a rockstar when it came to evaluating the value of the house and making a strong offer. Amy helped us find a home right smack dab in the middle of the pandemic in 2020. She was wonderful, we knew nothing and she graciously held our hands through every step. She made sure we knew what we were getting into and that we complete understood everything. We still stay in touch with her and we’ll definitely be using her if we ever decide to buy a new house some time in the future.
Amy was everything I could have asked for in a real estate professional as a first time home buyer. She is very knowledgeable about the South Saint Paul area, where I was looking to purchase. Reached out to ask if Amy or Max were taking new clients. Both sent a generic copy paste reply asking if I was actively looking or just browsing. I let each know I was actively looking and have been for months but was having trouble finding a good realtor. Neither ever replied or reached out after that. Posters all over town advertising but maybe you need to be in a certain income bracket to get the piggees to give you the time of day.
