Where do I start! You show up for your appointment and you're greeted with such great staff. I was a new patient and I met the Dr. Pham for the first time. She was very friendly and very informative. She explained to me step by step of the procedures I would need. She answered all my questions and was very articulate. I left the office very satisfied considering I was never a fan of the dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Pham & her staff!
Just left my first appointment with Dr Pham. Very happy with the experience. She listened to all my questions and gave full and clear answers. Staff was friendly. I have been to three different dentists in the area and Dr Pham is by far my favorite. I will not going anywhere else from now on.
Love this place (as much as anyone CAN love going to the dentist). I've been twice and the entire staff has been incredibly friendly. They do a great job, they're quick, and I've never had to wait too long. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist in the area.
After spending most of my afternoon calling area dentists and going through some online reviews and I ultimately came across ProDental. After coming here, I realized that this is truly a nice place! The reception staff was really friendly and even funny which helped take the edge off. I would definitely recommend ProDental for anyone looking for a seamless and painless dental experience.
Very professional, clean, and welcoming establishment. All of the staff including the receptionist, assistants, and Dr. Pham are top notch and friendly. She runs you through your dental situation using photographs and x-rays, and she is very efficient in her procedures. Definitely recommend this dentist.

I have to talk myself into making a dentist appointment for months ahead of time, and lately I've only been averaging a visit every 2-3 years. Recently I made a vow I would start flossing and stop skipping my 6-month check ups. After meeting Dr. Pham and her team for the first time, I know I came to the right place. She was amazing when she cleaned my teeth, very knowledgeable, engaging, careful and very CARING. I highly recommend this place!
After not seeing a dentist for about two years, my experience at ProDental was fantastic. The staff was super friendly, knowledgable, and helped ease my worries as the very frantic patient that I am. The doctor did not use any difficult to understand medical jargon; instead, she made everything very simple and easily understandable. This was one of the least painful, efficient and comfortable dentist visits I've ever had in Oroville. I'm definitely going to be using these guys moving forward. The staff was very courteous and professional. The office is well-organized with a really good layout to facilitate easy entry, checkout and departure.
