My family and I have been seeing Dr Owen for many years. She has always been thorough and we are all thankful to have her as our Primary Care physician.
Listens to her patients.
Dr. Owen was great and all, really good at what she does. But her front desk rarely answers the phone, and all appointments are booked out so we can never be seen in the time needed. Also today was just the breaking point to where I feel I needed to write a poor review, our daughter was born yesterday and during the discharge process they said her jaundice levels were a little high (nothing concerning) but we were advised to schedule an appointment by wedensday the latest with our pediatrician (Dr. Owen) and the woman at the... read more
This was my first visit, but I was pleasantly surprised. I felt that she was friendly and easy to talk with. I was coming with mental health concerns, which aren’t always taken seriously in family medicine. But that was not the case here! Dr. Owen addressed my issues, and even provided a quiz to assess where my head was at & how my moods have been. We have a treatment plan figured out, and I am very hopeful.
Receptionist should be fired like yesterday, not only rude but she hung up on me mid call. Extremely unprofessional
