When planning to make an out of state move to Alaska, Amy was very helpful and quick to respond when we had questions! She knew different areas and neighborhoods very well which helped in our home search because we knew very little about the area having only visited once.

Amy was a godsend...5 stars are not enough. Our situation was complicated: death in the family, out of state heirs, house was a disaster, cars with no title documentation, it was a hot mess. So much more than a simple real estate listing. Amy wasn't fazed....she reached deep into her rolodex to help us find a crew to clean up and dispose of the clutter, helped find homes for the cars, and by the time the house was FINALLY ready to list, she had buyers lined up. Trying to do all that from California would have been impossible... read more

My experience with Amy Neuharth, as our realtor, has been amazing! She was there to help whenever my husband and I bought our first home and later on she helped us in the process of selling our home and trying to help us find an apartment to rent afterwards. She was patient, understanding, and kind throughout the whole process has it was hard for my husband and I to sell our home. We appreciate her for that.
