We were ghosted by Amy trying to sell our house in Girdwood. Had a contract, not a call, text, email NOTHING for 3 months …. Ridiculous. What a waste of our time.
When planning to make an out of state move to Alaska, Amy was very helpful and quick to respond when we had questions! She knew different areas and neighborhoods very well which helped in our home search because we knew very little about the area having only visited once.

Amy was a godsend...5 stars are not enough. Our situation was complicated: death in the family, out of state heirs, house was a disaster, cars with no title documentation, it was a hot mess. So much more than a simple real estate listing. Amy wasn't fazed....she reached deep into her rolodex to help us find a crew to clean up and dispose of the clutter, helped find homes for the cars, and by the time the house was FINALLY ready to list, she had buyers lined up. Trying to do all that from California would have been impossible... read more
