Amy is the most unethical and incompetent agent I have ever met. I made an offer on a house that she was selling, and she sent back documents full of errors and missing signatures. She stood to make $10,000+ on the sale, and couldn't be bothered to check fewer than 15 pages of standard real estate paperwork for mistakes. Unbelievable. Would not recommend. Thankfully, I ended up finding a much better house in the end which was sold by a realtor who didn't make a single error during the entire process.

Amy helped our family with a quick relocation in the middle of the pandemic, summer 2020; we had about 6 weeks notice that we were moving and prior to this, had not been planning to sell our home so it needed to get in ready to sell shape very quickly.
