Dr Naquin-Chappel is self centered, egotistical, and provided no helpful input. It was a waste of time and money, and I have lost 6 months in finding a potential solution for memory loss. Cannot recommend her.
I love this doctor. My symptoms did not lead to a cookie-cutter diagnosis and I felt like Dr. Naquin-Chappel listened to every detail of symptoms I experienced. I have never felt rushed at an appointment and she is a very caring physician.
My mother haven't seen you in person, but after my awful phone conversation with two of your front desk staff on the phone Daniella and the other staff--you loss her as patient before she even walked in the door! Your front desk staff is extremely rude and unprofessional! They will cost you future patients!
First doctor to truly listen to me! Provided logical explanations for my symptoms and course of action. I trust her.
I have seen Dr. Chappel twice and she seemed very competent. However, the anti-seizure medication she prescribed for me has not worked out and I have been trying to contact her for 2 days and neither she nor anyone from her office has returned my calls. I've been very sick because of these pills and need to be weaned off of them and I am not certain how to do so. I have made several calls, left numerous messages, all to no avail. Not one response from anyone in her office. Very unprofessional.
