During the pandemic I was in search of a family dr because I didn’t want to drive three hours to the one I had before I moved here. I researched the drs that were close to me and came across the UofL physicians page. I called And they scheduled me with Amy. I had blood work done the first visit, referrals to OBGYN, and mammograms scheduled within weeks. Amy wanted to get everything updated which I am grateful for. I have been seeing Amy for several years and I think she is great. Always friendly and does care medically and on a personal level as well. Have never had a problem with her or her office.
She was a great doctor when she was in Simpsonville since she moved, she acts like she doesn't care about her patients. She seems cold and disconnected. I'm changing doctors and I can not recommend her. Her office staff is also rude and disrespectful.
She does not care about the personal life of a patient. She also does not care about body type or care about your feelings in any slight way, shape, or form. She tried to tell me I had an diabetes every single time I came to her. Every single time I went to her, I did not have diabetes. I still don't have diabetes. She would say that because I'm not skinny. She also prescribed me a diet that ended up being horrible to my health in the long run. If you want a good doctor, switch to Anna Barrickman.
