I’ve heard great things about Dr. Mellor, but unfortunately, my experience with her office and scheduling staff has been frustrating. Can’t get ahold of office- was reminded about appointment a few days before- but when we got there with my 88 year old father we were told office no longer took his insurance- staff said they tried calling but no record of calls- just an email saying he did have appointment- absolutely no respect for patient in this instance- very sad-

Dr. Mellor was professional, kind, and compassionate, with my husband. She would respond to questions and concerns between appointments by return call. She has been a blessing to us. I highly recommend her and have referred several friends to her who have been dealing with similar dementia issues.

Tried asking her to use different needles on different areas from my face to my head and it was a problem. Candy is very nice and helpful in the office, as far as dr Amy Mellor is not professional at all . Maybe her husband needs to service her more and stop taking vacations with out his wife . she sent me for a procedure and didn’t even follow up till I called in and asked for my results. I am calling several times to get someone on the phone to get a change of a very important medication for my very ill mother since 2 weeks . Never got a call back. So how can this support the dementia and depression of my mother when you need help on the phone and nobody is willing to help you. To get further back I waited for an appointment over 8 months already?!
