On hold for 45 minutes to schedule an appointment. Giving up. Outrageous and unacceptable. Clearly, they are not staffed appropriately.
The absolute worst phone system in the world. They never answer no matter when you call. They don't have an option to leave a message.
Misdiagnosed caused long term serious complication
Not a nice person.
AVOIDS THIS RIP OFF PLACE unless you want to get taken. Was not even offered a first time Medicare visit instead was coded incorrectly and paid almost $400 for a 8 minute doctors visit. Medkicare poeple said I should of been autimatically offered a first time free consulation. I was not offered this even after being a patient for over 40 years. RUN TO NOT WALK to avoid this place unless you wnat to be taken advantage of.

This place used to be great. I don’t know if it is under new management but I am not wasting any more of my time with these people
Lab results are back for an hour now. All i need is an iv antibiotic. Dr no where to be found. Its pathetic.
Inova Surgery Center - Woodburn I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better care team. Michael, one of the scrub nurses, was like a big friendly bear—calm, reassuring, and exactly the kind of presence you want when nerves are high.
