Took a while to find a house I could afford without being outbid, but finally found a place, and closed on it this week. Went above and beyond after I did the final walkthrough and found the previous owners left a lot of stuff for me to throw away, but my realtor talked to theirs and they will be sending someone to pickup everything they left.
