My friend had a 2pm appointment. She completed the preliminary paperwork online prior to arriving at 1:50pm. The office staff said the Doctor would not see her because she did not arrive at 1:45pm. The staff proceeded to belittle/laugh at her when she started crying. This doctor should be avoided at all costs. It appears she is double booking appointments like an Airline company.
This doctor is terrible. The doctor refused to see my friend because she was not there 15 minutes early. She did arrive 10 minutes early and completed the paperwork ahead of time. The staff is very mean and inconsiderate. Avoid this doctor! She appears to book more patients than she is capable of seeing to ensure she maximizes her profits.
