Very Happy with the care I have received from Dr. Wickman, she made me feel comfortable from first meeting. She takes her time and thoroughly explains everything, welcomes questions and concerns. She also fixed my back, so that I was able to resume the things I love, walking, swimming and babysitting my grands.
Efficient, personable staff—-no loose ends! Dr. Wickman is thorough, with clear directions for my recovery from surgery. She is respectful and focused.
This is unlike any other doctor's office I've been to in a very long time. First, the reception folks were on top of making sure there was no wasted time standing at the counter, very courteous and efficient. Second, the x-ray technician was also very efficient getting me in and out while taking 5 different views in what had to be less than 5 minutes.
