I would never use this law firm again. The day of my case, they schedule another case - my case was called 3 times and I waited for over 3 hours for Middleditch to complete her case - she spent 15 minutes with me - charged me over 4 hours for the time she spent on the other case (which was over 3 hours along with the half hour for mine). Stated the money down was a deposit and all money not used was to be returned only to bump up all hours on the time spent to send me a $14.00 check as a slap in the face.
