I am so upset right now. I'm sick with a very bad cough. I heard on the line when I called they take walk ins here. I waited 20 minutes only to be told because I'm a new patient I would have to schedule an appointment 3 months from now in order to be seen! Then the receptionist told me to go somewhere that she couldn't even direct me to. Ironically when my husband called a couple weeks ago to start us as new patients in this office, he got us an appointment that same week. We had to cancel because we couldn't make it. I've never been a fan of going to the doctor but once I was referred to Dr. Amy Gordon Ames, I found someone I trusted and who made my visits easier. I followed her from Olathe Med to Shawnee and would continue to follow her.
This was the worst Doctors visit, I have EVER had in my life!!! Will definitely be making a call to the Board of Healing Arts
