Dr. McCroskey is the worst example of a medical professional that I have ever witnessed. After I took my 16 yo daughter to the ER for cardiac related symptoms she proceeded to mock our concern with comments like “I don’t know why you’re concerned, she’d be dead already.” Which is a medically false statement. While also telling an active teenage she should “never play sports again” because she gets out of breath while running on a soccer field. My daughter suffered till we could get to another doctor that fixed her condition ... read more

Amy McCroskey was the doctor on duty in the Cox South ER to see our 12 month old for high fever. When we satisfied her questions, she continued to "educate" us that we should be providing fever reducer medications every 3 hours whether or not a fever is present. ... read more

Worst doctor ever... I do not recommend. She doesn't care about her patients. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Only giving one star because I have to click one to make a comment. Would give -5 Absolutely worst doctor I’ve ever met, makes CoxHealth look bad, just ask for another doctor. Will never allow this doctor to treat any of my friends or family. Didn’t take time to even complete an exam or anything. Informed us she would be off before she would get any type of labs results back and to seek care in saint Louis. Absolutely worst experience. Our situation could have been what not to do video for learning doctors and nurses.
