I started getting a toothache on Wednesday and by Thursday the left side of my face was swollen and hurt pretty bad. I called the office and they set an appointment for the following Wednesday (soonest I could get in) of course I said yes. About a half hour later I got a call from Dr. Lowe's office letting me know they had a cancelation and I could get in in just a couple of hours. I had an abscessed molar that required emergency attention. The staff was so friendly and showed great empathy. Amy gave me options and when I said I would just like it removed she did not hesitate. I can’t remember the name of the assistant but both Amy and her were just amazing at consulting me and consoling me through the entire process. I am very pleased so far. The pain is almost gone and feels like the hole where the molar was is going to heal nicely. Thank you
