I came to Eye Site after my trusted optometrist retired. The new prescription they gave me was completely off — both my new glasses and sunglasses had blurry, unusable progressive lenses. I couldn’t see clearly at a distance in either pair. I returned them the next day and asked for a refund. They refused. Weeks later, they offered me less than half of what I paid. I declined. This was not just poor service — it was dismissive and unprofessional. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
