I have known Ms. Gould since she was a student of mine in the Counseling Program at John Carroll University where I had taught for 35 years as a Licensed Psychologist in the Human Services Department and Psychology Department. Amy and I have been working together for about three years. As of recently I've been going through a hard time and have communicated that I needed extra support. I was going through a bit of a crisis and I reached out during my crisis for help. This has happened more than once. She never responded not even to check if I was okay.
