Dr. Gerhard is wonderful. She answered all of my questions, listened and didn't make me feel rushed, and she is very empathetic and explained everything clearly so I felt confident about everything. I am very thankful for her.
Dr Gerhard was thorough and took the time to diagnose my symptoms and with the aid of a blood test was able to determine my illness. I appreciate her quick response in contacting a specialist to provide me with medication as soon as possible to get me recovering. She has been my primary health provider for many years and has always shown her care and integrity.

I have been struggling with severe medical anxiety and it's essential that we discuss exactly what I can expect during the appointment and things both I and the provider can do to reduce sensory triggers and manage my anxiety. Sometimes I feel that nurses and assistants don't give appropriate attention to these conversations, but Dr. Gerhard has always made space for those conversations and been detailed and consistent in addressing my anxiety. From the receptionist on the 2nd floor, to the nurse who took me back for the appointment and got my "checked in," to Dr. Gerhard ... All were professional, pleasant and seemed interested in me and my visit.
I love Dr Gerhard and her team. I usually only go for well check ups (that good) and she is always friendly, up beat, knowledgeable and she has my full confidence. I look forward to our visits.
