I had surgery with Dr. Hsu about two months ago and couldn’t be happier with the results and experience. From the initial consultation to the post-surgery follow-up appointments, she has been incredibly kind, attentive, and reassuring. Incompetent office staff. Calls go unanswered and returns calls don't happen. She only has one person running the office and it gets frustrating as I don't know if the doctor is not returning the messages or if her staff is not getting it to her. "India" as she says her name is does not respond back to emails and takes things personally when you do get to speak to her. She does not seem too bright. I think I will go elsewhere. I would not recommend an office where they do not know how to treat patients.
I love Dr. Hsu so much! One of the top surgeons in LA, for sure. Just finished up fat grafting to the eyes with her: she is so meticulous and skilled. I am so grateful for her, and would recommend her to anyone looking for a very careful surgeon. She does some of the best lip lifts I've ever seen. Suture work is A+++ and attention to detail unmatched. I'm swollen now but anticipate a great final result. Nice sunny view of Mr. Brainwash Museum and Beverly.

Dr. Hsu did a liplift on me a year ago, and the results exceeded my expectations! She is meticulous, professional, skilled and has amazing bedside manner. She never rushes you and she addresses all of your concerns until you have no other questions. Her office is clean and receptionist is friendly, and she always runs in time. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to any of my friends or family members.
