She helped us figure out the area we want to live, and then really got to know our style and what is important to us. She is patient, genuine, organized, and a shrewd negotiator. Her sage advice kept us from exposing ourselves to unnecessary risk in the sales contract. Amy was very involved in the closing process to make sure nothing got missed.
