I rented a house in downtown Salt Lake City and I have to say that Amy and her assistant Heidi are the most unprofessional, ruthless, representations of property management. If I was able to give her less than a star I would. When it comes time for you to move out, she and Heidi will try and find things that may have already been damaged or from a previous tenant and make you responsible. Heidi has a horrible attitude and gets upset when you report damage and holds you responsible even if it is something they should have fix... read more
