Amy J. Baird is truly the best! She didn’t just help me buy a house—she helped me find a home. She went above and beyond every step of the way, connected me with the right people, stayed on top of every detail, and made the whole process feel seamless. Amy was always caring, thoughtful, responsive, and positive. I’m so grateful for her guidance and support, and I couldn’t be happier in my new digs. Highly recommend Amy at Village Properties!

Amy has worked tirelessly on our behalf to get our home sold for its maximum value. She has been beyond patient, professional and loyal to us and has honestly worked harder than any realtor we’ve known. In addition, her marketing is top notch! Thank you, Amy, for always going above and beyond. We couldn’t be happier! T&P
