Doctor did not give proper explanation of anything, seemed she was in a rush. And decided to just "I'll give you what I am taking". She then did not send the prior authorization request for my prescription and I have been back and forth with insurance and pharmacy about the medication. Its been 3 weeks and still going back and forth. Terrible service, might as well just do telemedicine next time. This office is usually pretty good but would not recommend this Doctor. Go somewhere else.
Derm was great
Dr. Amy was very thorough to check for any cancer spots. She has a great personality which makes the appointment a fun and easy experience.
