I have never been so disrespected by a receptionist or doctor in my life as I was by Nicole & Dr.Himmelstein. Unfortunately this was not the only negative experience that I had at that office. I went for an eye exam for glasses, as well as contacts. My insurance only pays for glasses, so I paid $75 for the contact fitting. When I called to pick up my prescriptions, they told me it would not be possible, unless I paid for ANOTHER box & came in for ANOTHER contact fitting appointment! Dr. Himmelstein found a problem with my sons optic nerve and sent him to a specialist. Which we found out he had a brain tumor. If it weren't for her exam my son could be really sick now. The benign tumor was removed and he is fine. I highly recommend her to everyone. She is very thorough and knows what she is talking about.
