I provide a fun experience in buying and selling homes. With all of the amazing resources Presidio provides, I can make your experience seamless. If you are re-locating or do not want to go into a bunch of homes, I use Google Meet or Marco Polo to do walkthroughs of homes. You Tube can also be utilized to do a video. Videos allow me set up showings and you can watch it at your leisure.

Amy is a wonderful spirit! When your realtor is someone you just chat with for 30 minutes to an hour outside the business of houses, you know you're in good hands. My family and I highly recommend Amy as a realtor! She is an excellent communicator and gets the job done. Do yourself a favor and give her a call!
When it was time for me to buy my first home everyone had a recommendation of a Realtor I should use. While I am sure many of them were decent I am 100% happy I went with Amy. It's true there are many resources these days that make it possible to buy or sell a home without using a realtor. However time is money and I do not personally know the in's and outs of real-estate law or home buying and I was not about to make a several hundred thousand dollar decision based off google searches and YouTube videos. Amy was absolutely amazing, we had a lot of problems with the house we wanted and Amy made sure we were taken care of and that everything was on track, she made sure we were part of the hole process. I've never had a better realtor before!
Amy has been so helpful with market research on my house. She so nice and quick with the information I needed. Can't wait to work with her again.
