Carmen did the most flawless Japanese hair straightening for me. I have thin hair and had 3C hair. After Carmen was done there was absolutely zero damage and I had smooth straight hair. She is very kind and friendly as well. Thank you for making me look beautiful for NYFW I will be back💗

i’ve been coming here for 2 years now for my highlights and i won’t trust anyone else with my hair besides carmen. she truly cares about the customer and will invest all her time to you. i have never been disappointed by her and i never will. if carmen ever does me wrong, may a lightning bolt strike and kill me because this girl is amazing at what she does. she is a true professional and she deserves everything. please come here and ask for carmen!!!

Carmen is a master colorist! I got a hair cut, colored (blonde). She is flexible and professional. She accommodates based on clients needs and is very responsive to my hair’s needs.
