I’ve been seeing Amy for many, many years now. She is not only incredibly knowledgeable at providing therapy but she genuinely listens to you and cares. She will assist you in the connection, self understanding and self acceptance needed for growth. She doesn’t drag you by the hand or make unnecessary suggestions or assumptions, she assists in giving YOU that power over your life. I would not be the person I am today without her, although Amy would say I did all of it. I’m starting to believe her.

Somewhere along the way of life I lost myself. After only two sessions with Amy, I already find more peace, confidence and support. Her office is a safe space and you can feel the energy immediately when you walk in.
