If I could give this "provider" zero stars I would. My appointment was at 1040 AM. After 30 minutes of sitting in the room, I asked Brandon, who was EXCELLENT, how much longer it would be. He stated "she hasnt been in yet? Ill check." She comes in the room at 1127 AM. She was very loud when introducing herself, borderline yelling. She did not offer an explanation, nor an apology. Amy is so great! I've needed migraine management for a while and she's been so kind and helpful. As someone with a very complex medical history, I am accustomed to working with health professionals that don't try things. Amy will try things with you to help get a realistic and sensible treatment plan for you. It's one of my favorite things about her.
This is about the office and patient needs. No one ever answers the phone and when you leave a message the call is not returned. This is very disappointing.
