Amy was very kind, but she also rushed thru my appointments; 2 annual appointments 2 years in a row. It took 3 months to get an appointment with her, so I understand that she is very busy.
doesn't care. doesn't listen. finishes your sentences for you / doesn't let you answer her own questions. rushes you out the door. cuts you off every time you start to talk. just terrible.
