One of the best nurse practitioners and midwives in the area. I have had the privilege of being under her care for all 3 of my children. Exceptional care, well educated and knowledgeable regarding women’s health. She is a patient advocate, confident in her skill set and extremely empathic towards patients. Avoid this provider. I’ve watched her in a professional manner work as a colleague. She makes her patients uncomfortable, she has an ice cold temperament to patients, and is rude to the supporting delivery staff. I’ve watched this midwife make patients upset time after time. Run.
This individual delivered my daughter and was not empathetic at all. She scolded her for crying out in pain. She made us uncomfortable several times by scolding the nurses in the room as well as my daughter. If my daughter wasn’t in pain I would have handled myself differently. I went to my daughters to every apt and we reccomend all midwives at uf north, besides this one. I know others with similar experience as this community is small. Stay away from this one!
