Amy has helped me so much with my anxiety. She is personable, knowledgable and very patient. I've seen a few therapists over the years and she is the first therapist who seems like she cares about me getting better. I have and will continue to recommend her to my friends and family.
I had a mixed experience with Amy. She was helpful in getting me back on my feet in life, and was extremely kind and patient during the process. However, my traumas were never discussed or acknowledged when I brought them up, and I was told they happened for a reason. This was a little strange to me, as I thought I was getting treatment to resolve trauma.

I was in a bad place in my life. I was so thankful to have professional help. But it all changed when my car broke down and my phone died and I missed an appointment. I was finally able to get ahold of a phone to call her and let her know what was going on but she wouldn’t return my call. I called other times thinking there was some kind of mistake.
